Are you a fully insured Carpet Cleaning Company?
Yes, we are fully insured for all types of work carried out, this includes Treatment Risk Insurance, to provide you with a failsafe Guarantee on any items we clean. We also have full Public Liability Insurance.
Are you and your staff trained by a certified body Body?
Yes, we have ongoing regular training supplied by I.I.C.R.C. (Institute of inspection cleaning and restoration certification) In connection with Alltec Network and Modular Training.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we certainly do, if you’re not 100% satisfied with the work carried out contact us, and we’ll return and reclean for free. If you’re still not completely satisfied we will refund your money back, no questions asked. This included carpet cleaning, pressure washing and cleaning upholstery.
How much do you charge?
Prices vary based on a number of factors, such as whether you’re local or out of town, how large the rooms are, the soil level, whether you have pets or not, whether it’s vacant or full of furniture etc. Start off by requesting a no-obligation quote.
Do i need to vacuum to prepare for carpet cleaning?
Yes, we would like the carpet to be vacuumed before our arrival, then when we also vacuum the carpet where needed, this will allow our vacuuming to remove extra dry soiling.
Will i need to move furniture around?
Normally we ask you to move any small items and any breakable items to a safe area, and if required we will move any larger pieces of furniture as we clean.
How long will it take to dry?
Drying times can vary depending on pile thickness, humidity, airflow, temperature etc. Average drying times are 4-5 hours, but with the use of drying fans in many cases, we can reduce it to an hour or two.
Will children or pets be affected by the cleaning or chemicals?
All the main cleaning solutions we use are eco-friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable and are safe for children & pets.
How often should i have my carpets cleaned?
It’s recommended by most carpet manufacturers that carpets are professionally cleaned every 12/18 months. You might need to increase the frequency if you have a busy home with children and pets and if anybody suffers from Asthma/allergies.
Will my carpets get dirty quicker after I have had them cleaned?
This happens when too much residue is left within the carpet. Rest assured that we use the correct cleaning system & application for what we are cleaning at the time through our 10 step cleaning process which means they stay clean for longer.
Can pet odours & urine be removed?
We have a high success rate of removing light to moderate pet odours, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that extreme pet damage can be completely eliminated.

Will my carpet shrink?
Some carpets may be more prone to shrinkage than others. (Belgium Wilton springs to mind) however, we have many years of experience & can spot the fibres within the carpet that might cause issues and take measures so this won’t become a problem. This might include Low moisture cleaning, bonnet cleaning and or speed drying.
